Our « Network » Department

The TEI « Network » department designs, creates and maintains network infrastructures that are adapted to customer needs, using copper, fibre optic and radio technologies.

Its fields of competence are :

• Knowledge of standards and protocols for office and industrial networks : Ethernet, Wi-FI, Profibus, AS-i, etc.  
• Ability to design network architecture whilst respecting performance and safety requirements : ductility, redundancy, fibre optics, WLAN, VoIP, VLAN, QoS, etc. 
• Experience in programming and tuning active components of a network : switch, router, gateway, firewall etc.
• Proactive network audit and maintenance : cabling certification, supervision, performance measurement, malfunction tracking.
