PFIZER GLOBAL : securing industrial networks

Our customer, a manufacturer of animal vaccines established in Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium) wanted a secured network allowing exchanges and supervision for all automated processes of the site.

Technord executed redundancy network in fibre optics across the production site, providing inter-process communication functions, man-machine interface links and comprehensive supervision.

PLCs are connected to this loop carrying out very diverse tasks : management of entries, of treatment and exit of matters, water, alarms, ... while the data are automatically transferred to the supervision computing system that checks their quality parameters and ensures their traceability.
