Besides traditional tools of quality, quality
management uses tools from the socio-economic approach as initiated
by the ISEOR (Socio-Economic Institute for Companies and
Organisations) : The internal and external strategic action plan,
the priority action plan, the periodically negotiable activity
contract, the table of skills, the strategic steering indicators
and time management.
The socio-economic management organises
synchronized decentralisation by multiplying initiative and
improvement poles whilst ensuring contacts and coherency between
them.
