A high level of training
One of the key factors for the success of Technords management is the link between doing business and social equity. Social performance in our group translates into a high level of integrated training equal to about 10% of labour costs.
The globalisation of markets, the presence of new competitors, anticipating our customers needs, as well as the constant technological evolution of our product lines require that the Technord staff be continuously developing its skills and know-how.
When hired, all our young engineers are offered a three-year training program. This includes being trained in new technologies, in new communication tools, in project management, in foreign languages, etc. Given the staffs interest in increasing their knowledge and having career opportunities, this undeniably helps establish our staff loyalty.
Our skill scales enable us to work out integrated training programs particularly suited to each individual and taking into account the developing needs of our departments. |
