Safety Chart

By leading an active risk prevention program, Management,  in collaboration with the Comité pour la Prévention et la Protection du Travail (CPPT),  is committed to implementing  all the necessary means to guarantee the safety and well-being of its staff and third parties  in the execution of the tasks for which they were mandated.  

This program is expressed via :

• an analysis of the dangers and risks inherent to the activities of TECHNORD

• a permanent concern in preventing dangerous situations and in the continuous battle against dangerous behaviour that may lead to physical injuries as well as property and environmental damages

• an awareness-raising and training of all participants in the various safety related 

• the set up of measures to ensure the upkeep of tools and equipment in good working order

• making available to everyone the appropriate individual and collective safety equipment

• a follow-up and compliance of the rules and terms in safety matters

• dealing with indicators that help judge the evolution of the parameters related to safety and well-being

• the organisation with the industrial medicine sector for repeated medical check-ups 

• being attentive to the fitting of equipment in the work areas and to environmental factors
  

This program is part of an annual action plan which was drawn up and examined together with the prevention counsellor, the CPPT and members of the authority line.

To implement this program, Management has given authority to each participant and member of the authority line in a climate of mutual trust and confidence which are values to which Technord is very much attached to.

This approach is part of a more global one dedicated to continuous improvement and the search for excellence.
