1. The INTernal and EXternal Strategic Action Plan
(PASINTEX) It clarifies the medium term company
strategy (3 years) vis-à-vis its external targets (customers,
suppliers, competitors, institutions ...) as well as its internal
ones (from the CEO to employees and workers). It is updated every
year so as to take into account the evolution of Technords
environment.
2. The Priority Action
Plan (PAP) Based on PASINTEX, it multiplies and
deploys strategic actions whilst listing participatory and
synchronized collective actions for the whole organisation. The PAP
is defined every 6 months.
3. The Periodically
Negotiable Activity Contract (PNAC) It
formalizes the priority objectives and the means available for each
individual of the firm, through a double personalized six-monthly
dialogue with his immediate superior.
4. The Table of
Skills This table enables to visualize the
actual competencies available within a team and its specific
organisation. It allows to work out an in-house training plan
particularly suited to each individual and to the changing needs of
the team.
5. The Strategic Piloting
Indicators It
gathers the qualitative, quantitative or financial indicators used
by each member of the managerial staff to pilot in concrete ways
individuals and activities under their responsibility.
6. The Time
Management Table It aims for a more efficient
structure of time schedules by developing individual and collective
programming as well as concerted delegating.
The use of these tools helps
improve the implementation of the strategy, of work organisation
and conditions, of integrated training and communication processes,
coordination and a dialogue reinforcing Technords social and
economic performance.
