Each customer continuously benefits from a customer pilot for all sales contacts. Having a single contact, the customer pilot, makes the sales relationship more pleasant and that much more efficient.

What’s more, if the project requires different areas of skills, a business co-ordinator will also support the customer pilot.  His role is to make sure that there is a  smooth co-operation between the various teams.
